目的:研究青龙衣的冷、热乙醇提取物对H22小鼠肿瘤细胞膜蛋白含量、膜脂流动性、膜封闭度的影响。方法:应用SDSPAGE电泳分析膜蛋白含量,按Skinitzky法测定膜脂流动性,按Zamudio法测定膜封闭度。结果:青龙衣的冷、热乙醇提取物可降低肿瘤细胞膜蛋白含量,降低肿瘤细胞膜脂流动性,降低肿瘤细胞膜封闭度。结论:青龙衣冷、热乙醇提取物改变了肿瘤细胞膜的生化物质及生化功能,其结果导致肿瘤细胞的解体和死亡,这可能是青龙衣抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of cold and hot ethanol extract of Qinglongyi on the membrane protein content, membrane fluidity and membrane encapsulation of tumor cells in H22 mice. Methods: The content of membrane protein was analyzed by SDSPAGE electrophoresis. The fluidity of membrane lipid was measured by Skinitzky method. The membrane sealing degree was determined by Zamudio method. Results: The cold and hot ethanol extract of Qinglong clothing can reduce the membrane protein content of tumor cells, reduce the fluidity of membrane lipids in tumor cells and reduce the membrane sealing of tumor cells. CONCLUSION: Qinglongyi cold and hot ethanol extract changed the biochemical substances and biochemical functions of tumor cell membrane, which resulted in the disintegration and death of tumor cells, which may be one of the anti-tumor mechanisms of Qinglongyi.
