绩效薪酬制度以量化考核为中心,兼顾公平和差异。事件回放:2007年,乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂一个主要生产车间的运行二班组被上级部门授予了职业道德建设文明班组。组织单位给获奖班组按人数下发了奖金,人均高达几千元。这本来是件大好事,谁知道却使车间主任犯了难。如果把这么大数额奖金发下去,拿到奖金的班组职工当然皆大欢喜,而没有获奖的班组却很难说服,造成班组之间心理不平衡,影响车间工作的正常开展。
