《文艺报》(月刊)于1978年7月15日复刊,1981年改版为半月刊,1982年改版为月刊,1985年7月由月刊改版为报纸。“1979年到1984年前后,是新时期文学的第一个段落。”①这一时期的《文艺报》作为全国性的文艺理论刊物,以党的文艺政策的宣传者与阐释者的身份发挥着重要的影响。“讨论会”是复刊后的《文艺报》在1980年新开辟的栏目,旨在“刊登讨论作品或文艺问题的文章。”②《文艺报》在1979年第7期发起对丛维熙中篇小说《大墙下的红玉兰》的作品讨论,“讨论会”初见其形。这一时期的“讨论会”是《文艺报》较为固定的栏目,主要针对当时有争议的文学作品与文艺理论等发起各方讨论。本文试图回到这一历史现
