目的:探讨伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫(BECT)患者在完全缓解后是否依然存在注意网络损害及注意网络损害的相关因素。方法:运用注意网络测试工具,对2009年1月1日至2010年12月31日安徽医科大学附属省儿童医院神经内科出院及门诊病例中年龄大于16岁、2年以上无癫痫发作的BECT患者30例(BECT组,其中男性21例,女性9例,中位年龄17岁)和2019年5月1日至2019年10月31日在安徽医科大学第一附属医院参加体检的健康青少年42名(对照组,其中男性30名,女性12名,中位年龄17岁)分别进行注意网络测试。结果:BECT组注意网络测试的正确率、总反应时间与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义[分别为97.0%(95.0%,99.0%)与98.0%(95.5%,98.0%),n Z=-0.437,n P=0.662;587.50(523.50,668.75) ms 与610.00(584.25,631.75) ms,n Z=-0.320,n P=0.749]。BECT组注意网络测试的子网络警觉网络、定向网络、执行控制网络的效率与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义[分别为(46.13±24.97) ms与(48.52±27.65) ms,n t=-0.376,n P=0.708;(32.23±18.12)ms与(33.21±19.68) ms,n t=-0.215,n P=0.830;(124.50±39.87) ms与(117.60±50.13) ms,n t=0.626,n P=0.533]。注意网络测试正确率与发病年龄呈正相关(n b=0.925, n P=0.012),与总发作次数呈负相关(n b=-0.853, n P=0.025)。n 结论:虽然缓解后BECT患者注意网络测试的正确率与发病年龄和总发作次数相关,但与健康对照组相比,BECT患者在完全缓解后不存在注意网络损害。“,”Objective:To investigate whether children with benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes (BECT) still have attention network damage and its correlative factors after complete remission.Methods:Thirty BECT patients over 16 years old and without seizures over two years (BECT group; 21 males, nine females, median age 17 years) in the Department of Neurology, Provincial Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010 and 42 healthy controls (control group; 30 males, 12 females, median age 17 years) from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were tested by the attention network test tool.Results:There was not statistically significant difference in the accuracy rate and total reaction time of attention network test between the BECT group and the control group [97.0% (95.0%, 99.0%) n vs 98.0% (95.5%, 98.0%), n Z=-0.437, n P=0.662; 587.50 (523.50, 668.75) ms n vs 610.00 (584.25, 631.75) ms, n Z=-0.320, n P=0.749; respectively]. And there was not statistically significant difference in the efficiency of the alert network, directional network, and executive control network in the BECT group compared with the control group [(46.13±24.97) ms n vs (48.52±27.65) ms, n t=-0.376, n P=0.708; (32.23±18.12) ms n vs (33.21±19.68) ms, n t=-0.215, n P=0.830; (124.50±39.87) ms n vs (117.60±50.13) ms, n t=0.626, n P=0.533; respectively]. The accuracy of attention network test was positively correlated with the age of onset (n b=0.925, n P=0.012), and was negatively correlated with the total number of seizures (n b=-0.853, n P=0.025).n Conclusion:Although the accuracy of attention network test in BECT patients after remission was correlated with age of onset and total number of seizures, BECT patients had no attention network damage after complete remission compared with healthy controls.
