生物活性玻璃和生物陶瓷材料因其优异的生物相容性而引起广泛关注,然而现有材料的生物降解性能限制了其在骨组织工程领域的应用.通过高温熔融法制备了硼硅酸盐生物活性玻璃,研究显示此类玻璃不仅表现出良好的生物相容性和生物活性,且在体外含磷溶液中具有完全降解的特性,降解速率可由玻璃的成分加以控制.XRD和FTIR等实验结果表明,硼硅酸盐生物玻璃的降解产物为碳酸羟基磷灰石,接近于人体骨的无机矿物成分.
Bioactive glass and bioceramic materials have aroused much attention for their excellent biocompatibility, however, the biodegradability of the existing materials limits their application in the field of bone tissue engineering.Borosilicate organisms are prepared by high temperature melting method The research shows that these glasses not only show good biocompatibility and biological activity, but also have completely degraded characteristics in phosphorus-containing solution in vitro, and the degradation rate can be controlled by the composition of the glass.Experimental results of XRD and FTIR , The degradation products of borosilicate bioglass are hydroxyapatite carbonate, which is close to the mineral composition of human bone.
