分析快捷运输运力网络的特征、规划目标、规划原则和基本流程,提出运用模糊聚类分析规划快运运力网络的基本方法。运用F—聚类建立初始划分,利用迭代自组织数据分析基于目标函数优化的特点和方法,求解出运力网络节点的分类。结合铁路发展实际,选择主要省级及以上经济中心点27个,其他主要区域经济中心点17个作为基本节点;选择国内生产总值、全部工业总产值、产品销售收入、社会消费品零售总额、货运量和交通环境等6个指标作为聚类分析的特征指标,进行模糊聚类分析。根据聚类结果和铁路运输条件,规划出由10个关键节点、13个重要节点和15个一般节点构成的快捷货物运输运力网络。规划的节点既体现了快捷运输组织的现实,又反映了发展的趋势。
The characteristics, planning objectives, planning principles and basic processes of express transport capacity network are analyzed. The basic methods of planning express transport capacity network using fuzzy clustering analysis are proposed. Using F-clustering to establish the initial partition, using iterative self-organizing data analysis based on the objective function optimization features and methods to solve the classification of nodes in the transport network. According to the actual development of the railway, 27 major economic centers at provincial level and above and 17 economic centers at other major regions are selected as the basic nodes. Gross domestic product, total industrial output value, product sales revenue, total retail sales of social consumer goods, freight Quantity and traffic environment as the cluster analysis of the six indicators of indicators, fuzzy clustering analysis. According to the result of clustering and the conditions of railway transportation, an express freight transportation network composed of 10 key nodes, 13 important nodes and 15 general nodes is planned. The planned nodes not only reflect the reality of express transport organization, but also reflect the development trend.
