讨论了通过还原氮化法合成氮化铁磁粉过程中的几个重要影晌因素,实验发现可以通过控制过量NaOH浓度和Fe(OH)2浓度来控制α-FeOOH粒子的粒度,从而来控制γ′-Fe4N磁粉的粒度和磁性能。可以通过控制氢气与氨气比例来控制γ′-Fe4N磁粉的百分含量。
Several important influencing factors in the synthesis of ferromagnetic iron nitride powder by reduction nitridation were discussed. It was found that the particle size of α-FeOOH particles can be controlled by controlling the concentration of excess NaOH and Fe (OH) 2 so as to control γ ’-Fe4N magnetic particle size and magnetic properties. By controlling the ratio of hydrogen and ammonia to control the percentage of γ’-Fe4N powder.
