为了使果树“花培”时能够选择适宜的接种时期,提高“花培”成效,我们对北疆几种主要果树的小孢子发育时期及相应的花芽(序)的外部形态进行了观察研究。结果表明,根据花芽(序)的外部形态、小孢子各发育时期距盛花期的天数等均可以较准确的推断小孢子各发育时期。小孢子各发育时期的持续天数在不同树种、品种以至不同年份中差异不大,基本一致,“花培”时可据此把握时机,取样时应注意到树种不同部位、花序不同部位小孢子发育时期的差异。
In order to select appropriate inoculation period and improve the effect of “flower culture”, we observed the microspore development period and the corresponding external morphology of flower buds of several main fruit trees in northern Xinjiang. The results showed that the developmental stages of microspores could be more accurately deduced according to the external morphology of flower buds (sequence), the number of microspores at various developmental stages and the days of flowering.
