传统的污水生物膜载体填料在经济环保、操作管理、能源消耗等诸多方面还存在许多不足,聚烯烃短管悬浮填料克服了这些缺点,但在污水处理中作为生物膜的载体,其比表面积直接影响微生物的生长,决定了水处理效率。通过改进填料结构,增大比表面积,从而提高水处理效率。由于填料结构比较复杂,其模具设计是否合理直接影响挤出成型。在填料挤出成型过程中,通过研究不同物料在同一模具中的流动状态,找出机头结构对物料流动性的影响规律,设计并改进模具,调整工艺条件,生产出理想的制品。
