随着客户关系管理(CRM)理念在各个行业中的广泛采用,铁路货运企业也渐渐认清了以客户为中心的重要性。结合客户关系管理的思想,介绍了货主资源在铁路货运企业中的重要作用,及企业管理货主资源的方法。
With the widespread adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts in various industries, rail freight companies are also beginning to recognize the importance of customer centricity. Combined with the idea of customer relationship management, this paper introduces the important role of cargo owner resources in railway freight transportation enterprises and the method of enterprise management of cargo owners’ resources.
