本文从市场势力的视角对反垄断法学中的相对优势地位这一概念进行了详尽阐释。首先介绍了市场势力的一般原理,即市场势力的一般概念和影响市场势力的一般因素,进而把市场势力视域下的相对优势地位区分为买方市场势力和卖方市场势力,分别阐述了其定义、成因,并探讨了各自相应的社会效应。
This essay elaborates on the concept of relative superiority in antitrust jurisprudence from the perspective of market power. First of all, it introduces the general principle of market power, that is, the general concept of market power and the general factors that affect market power. Then it divides the relative dominant position under the sight of market power into buyer’s market power and seller’s market power, elaborates its definition, Causes, and explored their respective social effects.
