小鼠腹水型淋巴细胞性白血病L783是在我国沪白Ⅰ号近交系小鼠中新建立的一株可移植性淋巴细胞白血病。它是我国小鼠T-S-Z系统白血病中以腹水型生长的白血病细胞。它与我国其他小鼠腹水型肿瘤在染色体组型上有明显区别。本文应用染色体显带的方法研究了L783的染色体组型,并在染色体组型上比较它同其它小鼠腹水型肿瘤的差异。材料与方法 L783瘤株:L783瘤株由上海第一医学院病理生理学教研室提供。染色体分析方法:20克体重的沪白Ⅰ号小鼠腹腔接种腹水0.2毫升。二天后腹腔注射0.025%秋水仙素溶液0.2毫升,二小时后用颈椎断离法处死小鼠。打开腹腔取腹水2毫升,用Hanks液8毫升加入腹水
Mouse ascites lymphoblastic leukemia L783 is a newly established transplantable lymphocytic leukemia in mice of Hubai I inbred strain in China. It is an ascites-type leukemia cell in Chinese mouse T-S-Z system leukemia. It is significantly different from other mouse ascites tumors in our country. In this study, chromosome karyotype was used to study the karyotype of L783, and its karyotype was compared with that of other mouse ascites tumors. Materials and Methods L783 tumor strain: L783 tumor strain was provided by the Department of Pathophysiology, Shanghai First Medical College. Chromosomal analysis method: 20 ml of Hubai I mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with 0.2 ml of ascites fluid. Two days later, 0.2 ml of 0.025% colchicine solution was intraperitoneally injected, and two hours later, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation. Open the abdominal cavity to take 2 ml of ascites. Add 8 ml of Hanks’s solution to ascites.
