探讨间歇指令通气(IMV)加呼气末正压(PEEP)治疗新生儿肺透明膜病(HMD)的疗效及并发症。结果表明,IMV+PEEP模式对HMD有良好疗效,在整个通气过程中注意无菌操作并加强支持疗法,则可减少并发细菌感染的机会。 To investigate the efficacy and complications of intermittent inspiratory ventilation (IMV) and positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease (HMD). The results show that the IMV + PEEP model has a good effect on HMD, and attention to aseptic manipulation and supportive care throughout the ventilation can reduce the chance of concurrent bacterial infections.
