1986年~1989年采集野生野大麦草籽进行入工栽培驯化试验。结果表明,用野大麦建立人工草地可当年见效、当年受益,其结实率和发芽率大大高于当地主要禾本科栽培品种羊草,耐盐碱和抗杂草等特性也优于羊草。本试验探讨了野大麦作为人工草地首选品种的可能性及发展潜力,并为其在该地区的人工种植提供了科学依据。
From 1986 to 1989 wild wild barley grass collected to carry out the cultivation and domestication test. The results showed that the establishment of artificial grassland with barley could be effective in that year, and then benefited from the year. The seed setting rate and germination rate of the grassland were much higher than that of the main gramineous cultivated species Leymus chinensis. The characteristics of salt tolerance and weed resistance were also better than that of Leymus chinensis. This study explored the possibility and potential of wild barley as the first choice of artificial grassland and provided a scientific basis for its artificial planting in the area.
