在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法对乙醇提取花生衣中原花色素工艺参数进行了优化。根据Boxbehnken中心组合试验设计原理,选取四因素三水平,以原花色素提取率为响应值进行响应面分析。模型方差分析表明,各因素对花生衣中原花色素提取影响作用的大小为:料液比>乙醇体积分数>时间>温度。最佳工艺提取参数为:料液比为1∶21(mg∶mL),乙醇体积分数为56%,提取时间为59min,提取温度为62℃,在该提取工艺条件下,原花色素的提取率为7.94%。
Based on the single factor experiment, the process parameters of extraction of proanthocyanidin from peanut coat by ethanol were optimized by response surface methodology. According to the Boxbehnken center combination experimental design principle, four factors and three levels were selected, and the response surface analysis was made based on the extraction rate of proanthocyanidins. Model analysis of variance showed that the effect of each factor on the extraction of proanthocyanidins in peanut was as follows: solid-liquid ratio> ethanol volume fraction> time> temperature.
