入口活套作为退火生产线入口段与工艺段的枢纽,其张力的动、稳态性能对整个生产线的正常运行起着非常重要的作用。针对现代化退火生产线入口活套张力控制的问题,提出了转矩补偿算法。从恒张力控制的机理出发,详细阐述了活套转矩补偿算法和张力控制系统的实现。实践证明,此控制系统性能良好,满足生产线的工艺要求。
As the entrance of the annealing line and the entrance of the process segment, the inlet looper plays a very important role in the normal operation of the whole production line because of its dynamic and steady tension. Aiming at the problem of the control of the tension of the looper in the modern annealing line, a torque compensation algorithm is proposed. Starting from the mechanism of constant tension control, the looper torque compensation algorithm and the tension control system are described in detail. Practice has proved that this control system performance is good, to meet the production line process requirements.
