为提高市政照明系统的节能效率与智能化管理水平,设计了一种基于组态技术的路灯远程监控系统。该系统以工控组态软件作为远程监控系统开发平台,构建一个人机友好性与智能化管控俱佳的操作环境;利用基于S7-200 PLC的补偿式路灯节能器对路灯进行现场控制和管理,在设备组成和控制策略2个层面上提高节能效果;采用GPRS和ZigBee相结合的网络架构作为媒介构建分布式数据传输体系,使远程监控系统能快速且稳定地完成终端数据采集和运行控制,实现实时监控、快速报警、自动运行和数据管理等多种功能。该系统已在哈尔滨市可靠运行2年,系统节能率提高至50%以上,有效减少了人工巡查和维护费用,提高智能化管理水平。
In order to improve the energy-saving efficiency and intelligent management of municipal lighting system, a remote monitoring system based on configuration technology is designed.
