目的 :研究马桑内酯性癫痫对大鼠肾功能的影响。方法 :将大鼠随机分为对照组和癫痫组。分别检测两组在癫痫大发作后 10分钟时的血清肌酐 (Cr)、肾组织丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力。结果 :癫痫组血清Cr含量、肾组织MDA含量较对照组升高 ,肾组织SOD活力较之降低 ,差异均具有显著性 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :马桑内酯性癫痫可能对大鼠肾功能造成损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of macadamia epilepsy on renal function in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into control group and epilepsy group. The levels of serum creatinine (Cr), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the two groups were detected at 10 minutes after the onset of epilepsy. Results: The content of serum Cr and the level of MDA in renal tissue in epilepsy group were higher than those in control group, while the activity of SOD in renal tissue was lower than that in control group (p <0.05). Conclusion: Coriaria lactone epilepsy may damage rat renal function.
