目的通过实验研究,探讨家兔勒颈窒息死亡血中K+、Cl-的变化及其法医学意义。方法勒颈致家兔窒息死亡,测定家兔静脉血中的K+、Cl-浓度。结果勒颈窒息死亡血中K+浓度明显增高(P<0.01),Cl-浓度变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论勒死家兔血中K+浓度发生明显变化,检验K+、Cl-浓度对鉴定勒死具有法医学意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of K +, Cl- in blood of rabbits with cervical neck suffocation and its forensic significance through experimental study. Methods Rabbit neck rabbits died of suffocation, determination of rabbit venous blood K +, Cl- concentration. Results The K + concentration in blood of death from cervical neck asphyxia was obviously increased (P <0.01), and the change of Cl- concentration was insignificant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The concentration of K + in the blood of severely strangulated rabbits changed significantly. It is of forensic significance to test the concentration of K + and Cl- for the identification of strangulation.
