提出了一种基于耦合谐振器的微带贴片天线谐波抑制的方法。通过在微带天线馈线与地板之间增加蘑菇状电磁带隙(EBG)单元的谐振器,有效地抑制了天线的2次和3次谐波,减少了谐波辐射对周围微波器件的干扰。对天线的等效电路模型进行了详细分析和研究,通过改变参数令谐振器工作在天线的谐波频率上,从而抑制天线的谐波辐射。为了对理论分析进行验证,我们加工了实物模型并进行测试,测试的数据显示微带天线的2次谐波减少了11.6dB,3次谐波减少了8.4dB。
A method of harmonic suppression of microstrip patch antenna based on coupled resonator is proposed. By adding a mushroom-shaped electromagnetic gap (EBG) resonator between the microstrip antenna feeder and the floor, the second and third harmonics of the antenna are effectively suppressed, and the interference of the harmonic radiation to the surrounding microwave devices is reduced. The equivalent circuit model of the antenna is analyzed and researched in detail. By changing the parameters, the resonator operates on the harmonic frequency of the antenna to suppress the harmonic radiation of the antenna. In order to verify the theoretical analysis, we processed the physical model and tested the data showed that the second harmonic of the microstrip antenna reduced by 11.6dB and the third harmonic decreased by 8.4dB.
