一、柱塞偶件1.柱塞偶件的磨损特征柱塞偶件的磨损,主要集中于柱塞头部、过梁处、停供边及柱塞的进回油孔处。(1)柱塞头部。此处磨损最大,在接触面上有上深下浅、上粗下细的沟痕,磨损处呈乳白色,在光照下尤为明显。沟痕最大深度可达23-25μm,最大宽度为4~5mm,长度为10 mm左右。(2)柱塞头部过梁。此处的磨损较柱塞头部小,多呈梳状不深的细沟纹,同样上深下浅,上粗下细。(3)柱塞停供边。从斜槽上边缘向上磨损逐渐减小,磨损宽度为5mm左右,呈乳白色,同时停供边的棱磨钝变圆。(4)柱塞下部台肩。此处磨损很小,仅在台肩圆周上有短细纹。(5)柱塞套。磨损主要在进回油孔附近,且进油孔处比回油孔处大。进油孔的磨损部位在沿孔的中心线附近,上部磨损从孔上边缘开始向上延伸6~7mm,深24~27μm,下部从孔下边缘开始向下延伸4.5 mm,深15~17μm,磨损宽度较孔径大。
