“学生是课堂的主人”已是当下的共识,但真正做起来并非易事。笔者曾听过无数节观摩课、优质课、研究课,这些课课堂表面上一片热闹,讨论声不绝于耳,实际上教师们仍不自觉地陷入“将学生的思维纳入自己的思维”的魔圈,其实质是一言堂,教师一人包打天下。为此,笔者常常反思:如何?
