由株洲市水利水电局和酃县水利水电局研制设计的铅丝笼土工膜防渗坝,是一种低水头引水溢流的新坝型。该坝利用铅丝笼装块石,集零为整,形成重量比较大的单个元件,再利用钢筋把装满块石的铅丝笼分层、沿坝轴方向串联,组成坝体。然后设土工膜防渗,坝表面用混凝土抹面以利溢流并防止铅丝笼锈蚀。建成的石子岩坝经3年运行,情况良好。该坝整体性强,对基础要求较低。施工中一般无须围堰,就地取材,仅为同等砌石坝造价的
