目的:了解红细胞膜脂质成份及红细胞变形能力在高原红细胞增多症( H A P C) 时的变化,探讨二者的关系。方法: H A P C 患者26 例,正常对照23 例,测定红细胞膜胆固醇、磷脂及过氧化脂质,测定红细胞滤过指数。结果: H A P C 患者红细胞膜胆固醇、胆固醇/ 磷脂比值及过氧化脂质显著升高,红细胞膜磷脂降低,红细胞滤过指数升高。统计学分析显示, H A P C 红细胞膜各脂质成分改变与红细胞变形能力降低存在相关性。结论: H A P C 患者存在红细胞膜脂质成分的改变,这些改变与红细胞变形能力降低有密切关系。
Objective: To understand the changes of lipid composition and erythrocyte deformability of erythrocyte membrane in high altitude polycythemia (HAPPC), and to explore their relationship. Methods: Twenty-six patients with H A P C and 23 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Cholesterol, phospholipid and lipoperoxidase in erythrocytes were measured and the erythrocyte filtration index was determined. Results: The erythrocyte membrane cholesterol, cholesterol / phospholipid ratio and lipid peroxidation were significantly increased in HAP patients. The erythrocyte membrane phospholipid was decreased and the erythrocyte filtration index was increased. Statistical analysis showed that there was a correlation between the change of lipid components of erythrocyte membrane and the decrease of erythrocyte deformability. CONCLUSIONS: There is a change in lipid components of erythrocyte membrane in patients with HAPC. These changes are closely related to the decrease of erythrocyte deformability.
