目的比较实施压力管理干预措施后对不同科室医务人员产生的效果。方法应用SCL-90对北京市5所三级综合医院参与培训836名医务人员进行调查分析。结果6个科室在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、GSI、PSDL存在统计学差异(P<0.05);科室间两两比较,在躯体化、焦虑、敌对、GSI、PSDL存在统计学差异(P<0.02);科室自身前后比较,内科系统、急诊科、医技科室、管理部门分别存在统计学差异(P<0.05)和高度统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论压力管理干预对综合医院不同科室医务人员心理健康水平有不同影响,急诊、管理部门医务人员心理健康水平改善明显,医技科室恶化,ICU、内科、外科没有显著性差异。
Objective To compare the effects of stress management interventions on the medical staff in different departments. Methods SCL-90 was used to investigate and analyze 836 medical personnel involved in the training of 5 third-level general hospitals in Beijing. Results There were significant differences in somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, GSI and PSDL in six departments (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in somatization, anxiety, hostility, GSI and PSDL (P <0.02). There were statistically significant differences (P <0.05) and high statistical differences (P <0.01) between medical departments, emergency departments, medical departments and management departments before and after the departments themselves. Conclusion The stress management intervention has different effects on the mental health status of medical staff in different departments of general hospitals. The mental health status of medical staff in emergency department and management department has been improved obviously, and the medical departments have deteriorated. There is no significant difference in ICU, internal medicine and surgery.
