用 TPR、TPD、TPMC(程序升温甲烷解离积炭 )和活性评价等方法研究载体盐助分散浸渍法与普通浸渍法制备的 Ni基催化剂对 CH4 部分氧化制合成气性能的影响 ,结果表明载体盐助分散浸渍法制备的催化剂其 Ni- O- Al间作用较强 ,分散度增加 2 6 % ,抗积炭能力增加 4 .4倍 .
The effects of supported salt-assisted dispersion impregnation method and Ni-based catalyst prepared by conventional impregnation method on the performance of partial oxidation of CH4 to syngas were studied by means of TPR, TPD, TPMC (Programmed Temperature Methane Dissociation) and activity evaluation. The results showed that the carrier Salt-assisted dispersion impregnation prepared catalyst Ni-O- Al strong role in the dispersion increased 26%, anti-carbon deposition capacity increased by 4.4 times.
