目的帮助临床医生了解抗生素的药物不良反应,促进临床合理使用抗生素药物,保证患者用药安全、有效、合理。方法复习文献资料,从过敏反应、毒性反应、特异性反应、二重感染、联合用药引起或加重不良反应等几个方面,综述抗生素的药物不良反应及临床危害。结果抗生素的药物不良反应可以预防和控制,应重视患者用药过程中的临床监护。结论抗生素的药物不良反应应引起临床医生的高度重视。 Objective To help clinicians understand the adverse drug reactions of antibiotics and promote the rational use of antibiotics in clinical trials to ensure that patients are safe, effective and reasonable. Methods Review literature, summarize the adverse drug reaction and clinical harm of antibiotics from several aspects such as allergic reaction, toxic reaction, specific reaction, double infection, combined drug caused or aggravated adverse reactions. Results Antibiotic adverse drug reactions can be prevented and controlled, should pay attention to the patient during the clinical monitoring of drug use. Conclusion The adverse reactions of antibiotics should arouse the great attention of clinicians.
