为比较咯萘啶单用及其分别与甲氟喹、奎宁、阿莫地喹、甲硝唑及诺氟沙星伍用的体外抗疟作用 ,采用Rieckm ann体外微量法测定恶性疟原虫对上述 6种药物单用及其伍用的敏感性。在单一用药组中 ,咯萘啶、甲氟喹、奎宁、阿莫地喹、甲硝唑与诺氟沙星对疟原虫的半数抑制量 (ID5 0 )分别为 48.6、78.7、142 .8、83.2、130 1.5及12 0 5 .2 nm ol/L。伍用中咯萘啶的 ID5 0 依次 13.0、2 1.5、83.2、176 .7及 6 8.6 nmol/L,其它 5种药物依次为 6 1.6、344 .2、80 .2、5 6 4.3及 489.8nmol/L。结果提示 ,咯萘啶分别与奎宁、阿莫地喹、甲硝唑及诺氟沙星伍用在体外无明显增效作用 ;咯萘啶与甲氟喹伍用似有一定增效作用。
