一般常规磨削试件常得到表面残余拉应力,这种残余拉应力使工件的疲劳强度大为降低,而且在腐蚀环境中容易腐蚀。如果能获得表面残余压应力,则其疲劳强度大大提高,抗腐蚀性能会有所改善。本文对45号钢退火试件预加拉伸应力进行磨削试验,结果表明可使试件表面获得残余压应力,从而为控制和调整已加工表面残余应力提供一条新的途径。
General conventional grinding specimens often get surface residual tensile stress, the residual tensile stress so that the fatigue strength of the workpiece greatly reduced, but also easy to corrode in the corrosive environment. If you can get the surface residual compressive stress, the fatigue strength is greatly improved, anti-corrosion performance will be improved. In this paper, the pre-tensile stress of 45 steel annealed specimen is ground and the results show that the residual compressive stress can be obtained on the surface of the specimen, thus providing a new way to control and adjust the residual stress of the machined surface.
