目的了解湖南省医院集中空调通风系统卫生现况,为政府和卫生行政部门的卫生管理决策和工作规划提供科学依据。方法对湖南省30家使用集中空调通风系统的大型医院进行现场调查和卫生监测。结果调查30家单位,合格率13.33%,共采集46份冷却水、冷凝水样:军团菌阳性检出率41.30%。结论医院内军团菌、真菌等生物性污染的防治是医院集中空调卫生管理工作的重点。政府应加大投入,建立和完善对医院集中空调通风系统污染的监测、预警和应急反应系统,同时规范集中空调通风系统的清洗行为。
Objective To understand the status quo of hospital centralized ventilation and ventilation system in hospitals in Hunan Province and to provide a scientific basis for the health management decisions and work planning of the government and health administrative departments. Methods A total of 30 large hospitals in Hunan Province that used central air conditioning and ventilation systems were investigated on site and hygienically monitored. Results 30 units were investigated with a pass rate of 13.33%. A total of 46 cooling water and condensate samples were collected. The positive detection rate of Legionella was 41.30%. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of biological contamination such as Legionella and fungi in the hospital is the focus of hospital centralized air conditioning and sanitation management. The government should increase investment, establish and improve the monitoring, early warning and emergency response system of the hospital centralized air conditioning and ventilation system pollution, and regulate the cleaning behavior of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system.
