在过去的一个世纪里,从斯文赫定、斯坦因开始,楼兰地区一直被作为探险的圣地长久地引人注目。上世纪80年代以来,伴随着日愈严峻的文物保护形势、以孔雀河古墓沟墓地、营盘遗址、小河基地等为标志的一系列正规发掘开始昭示,全世界关注丝绸之路、关注楼兰的考古学家们等待多年的了解楼兰远古文明的愿望,以科学发掘而非盲目探险的方式正在接近实现。但沙漠考古不同于探险的刺激好玩,背负着沉重责任的考古人、在那里承受着不为人知的枯燥寂寞的日日夜夜,艰难地守护着大楼兰。
Over the past century, starting from Svenhofen and Stein, the Loulan region has long been the centerpiece of the expedition. Since the 1980s, along with the increasingly serious situation of cultural relics protection, a series of formal excavations marked by the Guochanggou cemetery, Yingpan site and Xiaohe base in the Peacock River began to show that the whole world has paid close attention to the Silk Road and the Loulan Archeologists are waiting for many years to understand the aspirations of the ancient civilizations of Loulan. The way of excavation rather than blind exploration is approaching. However, the archeology of the desert is different from the exhilarating exploration and excitement of the archaeologists with heavy responsibilities, where they bear the inexplicable days of dryness and loneliness, and have a hard time guarding the building Lan.
