本文用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测定偏氟乙烯——六氟乙烯(以下简写为F_(26))共聚物分子量及其分布。F_(26)共聚物用热解气体色谱(PGC)及~(19)F核磁共振(~(19)FNMR)等分析表明其化学组成基本相同,分子结构近于交替共聚物。 实验表明在硅胶柱中,以四氢呋喃为淋洗剂时,聚苯乙烯(PS)和F_(26)共聚物GPC普适校正曲线基本一致。从GPC测定结果表明分级和未分级试样对其测定结果没有什么影响。以宋名实的简易方法得到的K、α值:[η]=3.811×10~(0.645)同lg[η]~lgM作图法得到的K、α值基本一致。按GPC普适校正进行数据处理,得到的结果与绝对法比较,误差在10%左右。由此证明在GPC条件下,宋氏方法和普适校正可适用于本体系。
In this paper, the molecular weight of vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoroethylene (hereinafter abbreviated as F_ (26)) copolymer and its distribution were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The chemical composition of F_ (26) copolymer was almost the same with pyrolysis gas chromatography (PGC) and ~ (19) F nuclear magnetic resonance (~ (19) FNMR). Experiments show that the universal calibration curve of polystyrene (PS) and F_ (26) copolymer is basically the same in silica gel column with tetrahydrofuran as eluent. The results of the GPC measurement show that the graded and unfractionated samples have no effect on the determination result. The K, α values obtained by the simple method with the real name of Song are basically the same for K and α obtained from the plot of [η] = 3.811 × 10 ~ (0.645) and lg [η] ~ lgM. By GPC universal calibration of data processing, the results obtained with the absolute method, the error of about 10%. This proves that Song’s method and universal calibration can be applied to this system under GPC conditions.
