目的分析食管癌病灶~(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)符合线路SPECT/CT显像靶/非靶摄取(T/N)比值的影响因素。方法对126例食管癌患者共203个病灶18 F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像图像进行分析,计算T/N比值,行相关因素分层分析。结果肿瘤病理类型、肿瘤细胞分化程度、治疗情况及原发灶大小组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。患者原发灶最大截面面积、肿瘤细胞分化程度和放疗情况是T/N比值的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论对于最大截面面积较大、分化程度较低食管癌原发灶,可通过~(18)F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像T/N比值对其葡萄糖代谢活性进行评估,从而制定更加周密的随访诊疗计划。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the target-to-non-target (T / N) ratio of ~ (18) F-deoxyglucose (FDG) Methods Twenty-eight F-FDG coincidence SPECT / CT images of 203 lesions in esophageal cancer patients were analyzed. The T / N ratio was calculated and stratified analysis of related factors was performed. Results There was a significant difference in tumor pathological types, tumor cell differentiation, treatment and primary tumor size (P <0.05). The maximum cross-sectional area of primary tumor, tumor cell differentiation and radiotherapy were the influencing factors of T / N ratio (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with larger maximum cross-sectional area and lower degree of differentiation, the metabolic activity of glucose can be assessed by ~ (18) F-FDG coincidence SPECT / CT imaging T / N ratio, so as to develop a more thorough Follow-up diagnosis and treatment plan.
