在拉里·博西迪和拉姆·查兰提出执行的系统概念后,国内外学者和实务界都加强了对执行力的研究和培训。整个企业的执行力强弱,主要受组织中中高层管理者的执行力影响。本文通过对高层管理者和中层管理者的执行力构成进行分析和研究,从而提出提高企业中高层管理者执行力的建议和策略,从而提高整个企业的执行力,最终提高企业的竞争力和企业绩效。
