传统知识论遵从决定论的思维方式,强调对确定性知识与科学真理的盲目崇拜与服从。在这种传统知识论下进行的思想政治教育是外在于人的教条化的强制与灌输,它缺乏闪耀着人性光辉的生生活力。文章在对此进行批判的基础上,提出转变知识观,从主张确定的知识和外显学习转向推崇知识的个人性、境域性、即时性和强调内隐学习为特征的默会知识论来指导新时代的思想政治教育。基于此,文章还对默会知识论指导下如何把心理咨询创造性地应用于思想政治教育,在方法论上作了初步探讨。
Traditional epistemology follows the deterministic way of thinking and emphasizes blind worship and obedience to certainty knowledge and scientific truth. The ideological and political education under this traditional epistemology is the external dogmatic coercion and inculcation. It lacks the vitality that glorifies the glorious human nature. On the basis of this criticism, the article proposes to change the view of knowledge, to guide from the assertion of definite knowledge and explicit learning to the tacit knowledge-theory characterized by individuality, territory, immediacy and emphasis on implicit learning of knowledge Ideological and Political Education in the New Era. Based on this, the article also creatively applies psychological counseling to ideological and political education under the guidance of tacit knowledge theory, and makes a tentative discussion on methodology.
