目的 观察复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂对苯酚胶浆致大鼠慢性盆腔炎病理形态学的影响以及抗炎镇痛作用.方法 将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、妇炎康组(0.43g·kg-1)、复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂低、中、高(4.38、8.75、17.5g·kg-1)剂量组,苯酚胶浆致大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型,造模7d后,各治疗组直肠及灌胃给药21d检测子宫、卵巢病理变化;棉球致大鼠肉芽肿模型,评价复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂对慢性炎症的影响;将小鼠随机分为空白组、布洛芬组(0.20g·kg-1)、妇炎康组(0.86 g·g-1)、复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂低、中、高(8.76、17.5、35.0g·kg-1)剂量组,小鼠热板实验,评价复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂对中枢性疼痛的镇痛作用;冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验,评价复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂对外周性疼痛的镇痛作用.结果 复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂可以改善苯酚胶浆致大鼠盆腔炎子宫的肿胀和粘连,与模型组比较,复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂3个剂量组均能明显改善子宫和卵巢组织显微病理形态学的损伤分级程度;明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生,减轻热刺激引起的小鼠疼痛,减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体次数.结论 复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂能改善苯酚胶浆致大鼠慢性盆腔炎子宫和卵巢的病理损伤,具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用.“,”Objective To observe both the effect of Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema on the pathology of rats with chronic pelvic inflammation induced by phenol glue and its anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions.Methods rats were divided into blank group,model group,Fuyankang group (0.43 g·kg-1)and Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema low,middle and high dose groups(4.38,8.75,and 17.5g·kg-1respectively).The model of rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was induced by phenol glue.After 7days,each treatment group was treated via rectal and oral administration for 21days and the pathological changes of the uterus and ovary were detected.The effect of Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema on chronic inflammation was evaluated by using cotton balls to the granuloma model of rats.Another mice were divided into blank group,ibuprofen group(0.20g·kg-1),Fuyankanggroup (0.86g·kg-1),Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema low,middle and high dose groups(8.76,17.5, and 35.0g·kg-1respectively).The analgesic effect of Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema on central pain was evaluated by using hot plate experiments on rats while the analgesic effect on peripheral pain by using acetic acid stretching experiments on rats.Results Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema alleviated the swelling of the uterus and adhesion of rats with pelvic inflammatory disease caused by phenol glue. Compared with model group,Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema groups could obviously reduce the damage to the microscopic pathology of uterine and ovarian tissues,and significantly inhibit rats′granuloma hyperplasia induced by cotton balls,ease the pain in rats induced by hot stimuli,and reduce the times of torsion induced by acetic acid.Conclusion Compound Angelica Fuyan Micro Enema can reduce the pathological injury to the uterus and ovary of rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease caused by phenol glue while performing obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions.
