应用体视学定量分析方法,对实验性小鼠蘑菇肺不同药物治疗过程中不同时期进行肺组织炎症反应区域相对体积密度(VV)测量,以判断不同药物及不同疗程的疗效。结果表明:氟美松和转移因子治疗效果显著(P<0.05);干扰素和135锗治疗效果不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后第28天与第14天比较,生理盐水组愈复非常显著(P<0.01),氟美松组疗效仍然显著(P<0.05),提示脱离孢子感染环境是治疗蘑菇肺的首要措施,同时配合氟美松、转移因子治疗,可加快病变愈复
