反循环回转钻法造混凝土防渗墙也属于置换建槽成墙方法,是利用钻具的重量及钻头的回转切削作用造孔。通过实际工程应用证明,这种施工方法较好地解决了土质条件差时造孔塌孔和岩层较坚硬时造孔深度难以控制的现象。本文通过分析反循环回转钻法原理,说明该方法处理复杂地质条件具有明显的优越性,同时对该方法在施工过程中的控制要点及技术参数进行了总结。
Reverse circulation rotary drilling method of making concrete cutoff wall also belongs to the method of replacing the construction of a wall into a wall, is the use of drilling tool weight and bit rotary cutting holes. The practical engineering application proves that this kind of construction method can well solve the problem that hole making hole and hole making depth are hard to control when the soil quality is poor. In this paper, the principle of reverse circulation rotary drilling is analyzed, which shows that the method has obvious advantages in dealing with complex geological conditions. At the same time, the control points and technical parameters of the method in the construction process are summarized.
