近年来,对复方维生素的系统测定虽有报道,但大多数是高压液相色谱分析、荧光分析或纯品维生素的分离分析。这些分析方法时间较长、操作繁琐、不易掌握。用分光光度法测定复方维生素制剂中的维生素B_2的含量,方法简单、重现性好,结果较为满意。1 确定维生素B_2最大吸收波长将复方维生素制剂样品、纯维生素B_2、维生素B_1、维生素B_6、烟酰胺分别在260型紫外分光光度计扫描。在445nm处维生素B_2有最大吸收峰,其它成分无干扰。
In recent years, the systematic determination of compound vitamins although there are reports, but most of them are high pressure liquid chromatography, fluorescence analysis or pure vitamin separation analysis. These analysis methods for a long time, complicated operation, not easy to grasp. The content of Vitamin B 2 in compound vitamin preparations was determined by spectrophotometry. The method was simple and the reproducibility was good. The result was satisfactory. 1 to determine the maximum absorption wavelength of vitamin B 2 vitamin compound samples, pure vitamin B_2, vitamin B_1, vitamin B_6, nicotinamide were 260 UV spectrophotometer scan. At 445nm vitamin B_2 has the maximum absorption peak, the other components without interference.
