采编冲突应当是采访与编辑工作过程中对新闻价值认识差异而产生工作分歧的组织冲突。客观地说,采编冲突在各报社均不同程度地存在着,是一个普遍而又无法回避的难题。本文辩证地分析冲突产生的原因,并提出妥善处理冲突的途径,对推动采编互动机制适应报业发展的需要,维护工作秩序,增强组织尊重与合作,加强同志团结都具有积极意义。
Conflict between editing and editing should be the organizational conflict that leads to the disagreement of the work on the difference of the news value between the interview and editing work. Objectively speaking, the editorial conflicts exist to varying degrees in all newspapers and are a universal and unavoidable problem. This paper dialectically analyzes the causes of the conflicts and puts forward the proper ways to deal with the conflicts. It has a positive meaning to promote the mechanism of editing and editing to adapt to the development of the newspaper industry, to maintain the working order, to enhance the respect and cooperation of the organization and to strengthen the unity of the comrades.
