20世纪90年代以来,一种新的管理方法——标杆管理(Benchmarking)在西方发达国家悄然兴起。它由美国施乐公司于1979年首创,几经完善现已成为西方管理学中的一种新的、能够帮助企业不断寻求竞争优势的管理方法。实行标杆管理有利于提高我国港口企业战略决策的有效性和规避风险。
Since the 1990s, a new management method, Benchmarking, has quietly emerged in western developed countries. It was first established by the American company Xerox in 1979. After several improvements, it has become a new management method in western management science that can help enterprises continuously seek competitive advantages. The implementation of benchmarking helps to improve the effectiveness of our strategic decision-making in port enterprises and avoid risks.
