针对阀门可靠性试验的不同结果,提出了两种基于威布尔参数的可靠性评估方法。当有阀门失效时,采用线性回归技术估计威布尔分布中的未知参数。当无阀门失效时,结合相似产品的寿命分布及参数信息,采用模糊综合分析法确定威布尔分布中的未知参数。分别给出了两种情况下阀门的可靠度计算公式。给出了阀门可靠性分析实例,结果表明该方法比较符合工程实际情况。
According to different results of valve reliability test, two reliability evaluation methods based on Weibull parameters are proposed. When a valve fails, a linear regression technique is used to estimate unknown parameters in the Weibull distribution. When no valve fails, the fuzzy comprehensive analysis is used to determine the unknown parameters in Weibull distribution according to the life distribution and parameter information of similar products. The calculation formulas of valve reliability are given respectively in two cases. An example of valve reliability analysis is given. The results show that the method is more in line with the actual situation of the project.
