针对1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V马氏体不锈钢,采用热膨胀法和计算法测定马氏体不锈钢从马氏体转变成奥氏体的起始温度(A_s)和终止温度(A_f)。结果表明,通过热膨胀法,A_s在614.8℃,Af在749.5℃。通过计算法推算,A_s在627.6℃,A_f在750.9℃。由于各元素及杂质元素含量对相变点的影响值是在一个含量范围内的计算值,因此计算的相变点与实测值是接近的。
For 1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V martensitic stainless steel, the starting temperature (A_s) and the ending temperature (A_f) of the martensitic stainless steel transformed from martensite to austenite were determined by thermal expansion method and calculation method. The results show that, by thermal expansion method, A_s at 614.8 ℃, Af at 749.5 ℃. Calculated by calculation, A_s at 627.6 ℃, A_f at 750.9 ℃. Since the influence of the content of each element and impurity element on the transformation point is calculated within a certain content range, the calculated transformation point is close to the measured value.
