为了验证中国产冲击试验机整机性能,特选取了夏比V型缺口欧标试样、美标试样以及中国产弧形试样进行冲击试验,采用两台双立柱简支梁结构、C型摆锤冲击试验机进行仪器化冲击对比试验,冲击试验力通过动态力传感器并与位移以曲线形式在计算机上实时输出,经过积分运算求得冲击吸收能量,并与标准能量值进行比对。充分验证了中国产冲击试验机性能稳定,能适应各种标准的试样进行冲击试验。
In order to verify the performance of the Chinese-made impact testing machine, select the Charpy V-notch European standard specimens, American standard specimens and Chinese-made arc specimens for impact test, using two double-column simply supported beam structure, C Type pendulum impact testing machine for instrumental impact test, impact test force through the dynamic force sensor and the displacement of the curve in real-time output on the computer, through the integral operation to obtain the impact absorption energy, and compared with the standard energy value. Fully verified the Chinese-made impact testing machine performance is stable, can adapt to a variety of standard samples for impact test.
