高跳出率可以反映出一些问题,而这些问题通常分为以下两类:页面内容与用户的访问需要不匹配;页面内容很好地满足了用户的需求。大多数网站的跳出率过高往往是因为第一类问题,但第二类问题同样也会导致同样的跳出率结果,细想一下:如果用户进入网站,发现你提供的内容正是他们所期待的,页面内容很好地回答他们的问题或解决他们的问题,那他们也就没必要停留更长的时间,或者需要查看其他的页面。
