目的探讨江西省南昌市初中生睡眠质量及焦虑情绪现状及两者的关系,为促进初中生健康成长提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对950名初中生进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评。结果初中生睡眠问题检出率为17.68%,PSQI总均分为(5.22±2.31)分,睡眠质量得分为(0.58±0.82)分,入睡时间为(1.79±1.06)分,睡眠时间为(1.33±0.96)分,睡眠效率为(0.03±0.27)分,睡眠障碍为(0.93±0.68)分,催眠药物为(0.39±0.59)分,日间功能障碍为(0.16±0.38)分;焦虑检出率为31.16%,SAS标准分为(45.94±9.57)分;不同性别初中生睡眠质量及焦虑检出率及得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不同年级初中生睡眠质量及焦虑检出率及得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);初中生睡眠质量除睡眠障碍成分外,其他6个成分及总分与焦虑相关分析均呈正相关(r=0.04~0.37,P<0.05)。结论南昌市中学生睡眠问题及焦虑情绪普遍存在,其睡眠问题与焦虑情绪的发生呈正相关。
Objective To explore the status quo of sleep quality and anxiety among junior high school students in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province and the relationship between the two and provide a basis for promoting the healthy growth of junior middle school students. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to evaluate the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of 950 junior high school students. Results The detection rate of PSQI was (5.22 ± 2.31) points, the quality of sleep score was (0.58 ± 0.82) points, the time to fall asleep (1.79 ± 1.06) and the sleep time was 1.33 ± 0.96), sleep efficiency (0.03 ± 0.27), sleep disturbance (0.93 ± 0.68), hypnotic drug (0.39 ± 0.59), daytime dysfunction (0.16 ± 0.38); anxiety was detected The rate of SAS was 45.94 ± 9.57, and there was no significant difference in the quality of sleep and the anxiety detection rate among junior high school students of different sexes (P> 0.05) There was a significant difference in the detection rate of anxiety and the score between the two groups (P <0.05). The quality of sleep in junior high school students was positively correlated with anxiety analysis except for sleep disturbance (r = 0.04-0.37, P < 0.05). Conclusion There is a general prevalence of sleep problems and anxiety among middle school students in Nanchang. The relationship between sleep problems and anxiety is positively correlated.
