本文简要地描述了旋转变压器轴角/数字转换系统的工作原理,较为详细地分析了系统的多路采样数据条件下,如何保证信息的实时性及其精度的方法。为保证这一方法的实现,结合ST—732逻辑线路,又介绍了我们自制的几个单元线路,以保证A/D 适时转换及系统的正常工作。在软件编程上突出了单板机的中断控制与转换数据读取的查询方式。实践证明这是一种简便易行,行之有效的轴角/数字转换方法。
This article briefly describes the working principle of the resolver shaft / digital conversion system and analyzes in detail how to ensure the real-time performance and accuracy of the system under the multi-sampling data conditions of the system. To ensure the realization of this method, combined with ST-732 logic circuit, but also introduced our self-made several unit lines in order to ensure A / D timely conversion and the normal operation of the system. In the software programming highlights the single board machine interrupt control and conversion data read query. Practice has proved that this is a simple, effective shaft / digital conversion method.
