在乙腈水混合溶剂中,以tptz,NaN3和MnCl2.6H2O为原料,合成了标题配合物[Mn2Cl2(N3)2(tptz)2].4H2O(tptz=2,4,6-三(2-吡啶基)-1,3,5-三嗪),并用单晶X衍射法测定了该配合物(C36H32Cl2Mn2N18O4)的晶体结构.该配合物空间群为P1(2).晶体学参数:a=0.844 3(1)nm,b=0.957 8(2)nm,c=1.375 7(2)nm,α=106.13(0)°,β=100.78(0)°,γ=99.52(0),°V=1.021 6(2)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.563 Mg/m3,Mr=961.58,μ=0.814 mm-1,F(000)=490,R=0.085 1,Rw=0.159 8,S=0.997.最后的差值电子密度最大值和最小值分别是444 nm-3和-421 nm-3.中心离子Mn(Ⅱ)的配位环境呈八面体构型.
The title complex [Mn2Cl2 (N3) 2 (tptz) 2] 4H2O (tptz = 2,4,6-tris (2-pyridinone) was synthesized using tptz, NaN3 and MnCl2.6H2O as raw materials in a mixed solvent of acetonitrile and water (C36H32Cl2Mn2N18O4) was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The space group of this complex is P1 (2). Crystallographic parameters: a = 0.844 3 A = 106.13 (0) °, β = 100.78 (0) °, γ = 99.52 (0), ° V = 1.021 nm, b = 0.957 8 (2) nm, c = 6 (2) nm3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.563 Mg / m3, Mr = 961.58, μ = 0.814 mm -1, F 000 = 490, R = 0.085 1, Rw = 0.159 8, S = 0.997 The maximum and minimum values of the difference electron density are 444 nm-3 and -421 nm-3, respectively, and the coordination environment of the central ion Mn (Ⅱ) has an octahedral configuration.
