冬季路面积雪一直是困扰我国北方城市交通的大问题,有些城市降雪较多,路面积雪严重,造成车辆行驶缓慢和交通拥堵,影响了群众的正常工作和生活。尽管目前许多城市建立了基本适合本城市和地区特点的除雪铲冰紧急预案,确立了相应的除雪铲冰方式,但由于近年来许多城市的车辆、人口、道路等状况发生了很大变化,对城市交通及市政环卫工作提出了新的要求,一些城市的除雪铲冰工艺和方法已不能适应本地区经济社会发展的要求。因此,通过学习和交流,推广应用先进的除雪铲冰工艺、技术和装备显得十分迫切。由建设部信息中心与北京市环境卫生设计科学研究所等单位联合主办的城市道路除雪铲冰技术研讨及设备展示交流会,正是顺应了这种形势。据悉,2004年7月在乌鲁木齐举办了第1届,2005年1月和8月又分别在哈尔滨和齐齐哈尔举办了第2、第3届,2006年6月还将在京举办第4届。这不仅为相关车辆、设备的供需双方以及同行之间搭建了一个沟通、学习、交流的平台和桥梁,更为推动行业进步、促进经济发展、构建和谐社会将发挥重要的作用。本刊一直关注我国乃至世界除雪铲冰工艺、技术及装备的发展,几年来曾发表过许多相关文章,受到业界关注。本期特遴选2005年第3届城市道路除雪铲冰技术研讨及设备展示交流会上发表的2篇文章,供读者参考。 Snow in winter pavement has always been a big problem plaguing traffic in the northern cities of our country. In some cities, there is more snowfall and heavy snow on the pavement, resulting in slow traffic and traffic jams, affecting the normal work and life of the masses. Although many cities have established emergency plans for snow-shoveling that are basically suitable for the characteristics of their cities and regions and have established corresponding snow-shoveling methods, due to the great changes in the vehicles, population and roads in many cities in recent years, Urban transport and municipal sanitation work put forward new requirements, some cities snow removal scoop craft and methods can not meet the requirements of economic and social development in the region. Therefore, through the study and exchange, popularization and application of advanced snow removal technology, technology and equipment is very urgent. It is with this situation that the information exchange of the Ministry of Construction and Beijing Municipal Institute of Environmental Health Design and other units co-sponsored urban road snow removal scoop technology seminars and equipment exhibition exchange. It is reported that the first session was held in Urumqi in July 2004, the second and third sessions were held in Harbin and Qiqihar in January and August 2005 respectively, and the fourth session was held in Beijing in June 2006. This not only sets up a platform and bridge for communication, learning and exchange between the vehicles and equipment suppliers and their counterparts, but also plays an important role in promoting industry progress, promoting economic development and building a harmonious society. This issue has always been concerned about the development of snow-shoveling technology, technology and equipment in China and the world. In the past few years, many related articles have been published and received much attention from the industry. In this issue, we selected 2 articles published during the 3rd snow road shoveling technology discussion and equipment exhibition exchange meeting of the city road in 2005 for readers’ reference.
