本研究收集和整理了白酒、茶叶、橄榄油、鱼、大米、茶油等六大类125个地理标志产品的质量技术要求和相应产品的国家、行业和地方标准,全面提取了产品的品质、分级、工艺等核心质量信息及指标值,从产品类别、品质分级、工艺分类、指标项、指标值等5方面对比分析了地理标志产品质量技术要求与相关标准的符合性,并基于强制性技术公告与自愿性技术标准的衔接配套和一致性原则,提出了质量技术要求与相关标准符合性评价规范的设计原则、评价要素及要求,为产地政府、地方质检机构、申报企业等编制和起草地理标志产品质量技术要求提供了参考依据。
